At Mimi's, we started out in business by just catering our elaborate baked goods and specialty meals to charitable events and large family gatherings. Soon, our reputation grew as being one of the best gourmet bakers and specialty caterers in Brevard county, and we started getting sizable requests and orders from corporations and businesses all over the area.
Now when we cater, we specialize in large events, corporate luncheons (our favorite) and friend and family luncheons. We will cater a gourmet specialty meal of your request or one of our traditional favorites for any corporate lunch or event. We cater anywhere in a 100-mile radius of Brevard County, including catering in Orlando, Cocoa Beach, Satellite Beach, Indialantic and anywhere else in the area.
Gourmet Baked Goods and Desserts
Aside from catering gourmet foods for events, the other part of our business is of course our gourmet baked goods and desserts. All the ingredients in all of our baked goods are locally bought and are natural; we never use any artificial ingredients in any of our foods. All of our baked goods use the finest flour, sugar, butter, milk, baking powder and soda, eggs and vanilla emulsions we can find. We never use extracts of any kind, only all-natural emulsions. We take great pride and great care in making our baked goods and desserts for you. Take a few minutes to look over our multitude of mouth-watering offerings, then with a few keystrokes and the click of a mouse, any of them can be yours.
A few things we want to mention here is that all of our baked goods and desserts do come in contact with nuts and tree nuts, so if you or anyone that may be eating them have allergies to nuts we do apologize. Also, due to the bumps and strains of shipping, our cakes cannot withstand shipping without the decorations becoming disfigured, even just slightly, and we don't want that! Because of that, we ship a lot of our cakes with icing only but often with only some, not all, of the ornate decorations that you see on the website. You will still receive the exact same cake in all its delicate deliciousness... just a little less decorated on top to make sure it looks great when it arrives.

The best part is, whether you order online or call us to order, you can be sitting down enjoying them in an amazingly short time. We ship UPS two day arrival, Monday through Thursday unless otherwise requested. Overnight shipping is also available at an additional charge.
